Cokin filters P121 and P120. Post-processing mostly in RAW. Warming filter added in Photoshop.

Even though the subject matter is overdone and cliche, I think this photograph is successful. There's something about it which keeps my interest.

Yes that's what we like, oldest car in the landscape and a dramatic sky. Great situation.

i love the color too... i wouldnt mind if i go to places as serene as this and loose some city steam.

    0 Richard H

Cool graphic detail throughout and wide spectrum of colour.

Malgrè les défauts soulignés ,vignettage et ciel douteux à droite , l'image reste très bien composée et a un bel impact visuel

    0 Claus

It's better now, but I would still like to see it in black and white!

Visiting your blog quite often, one gets the idea that Danmark is littered with old cars ;)
    Nice shot!

What a great capture. Wonderful detail in the foreground with the grass and car and very impressive sky as well. Plus I think the black work very well

Very good one, without grass this photo wouldn't be that complete :)

This is a nice, dramatic shot. The turbulent sky and the blowing grass really show off the rusty truck. Great job.

I remember this truck from before - it's looking better than ever. Feels like a very confident photo, the grass between us and the truck is great and the colours are wonderful. Fantastic.

how can one loose this ?
is it yours now, now that you´ve found it :) ?

Always getting the chills whenever you upload a new photo. Excellent!

although the front of the car isn't razorsharp, i still think it's a great shot, even better than the previous one. The sky is cool, but it would have been a little more balanced if you did a bit of vignetting at the bottom of the shot (in the grass). Still, i like it a lot, excellent angle: i love the grass in front of the lens.

This photo is awesome, I love they very dynamic looking clouds and the rusty aged truck that was left behind. The composition is superb!

    0 Kenny

    Thanks!

Claus> Just what I was wondering myself. I used 2 Cokin filters for the top, and it might have been a little too much. I re-upped a version now without the dark top. Thanks.

    0 Claus

I'v looked at this a couple of times now, but I'm not sure about the very dark upper part of the image, somehow it's dominating a little to much. And I think it would have worked better i black and white.

    0 Ryan Rahn

Love the warmth and the sky!

    0 lemmingstone

Great sky and perspective. Wonderful colours. Not sure about the very top right?? Could be my monitor.
