Just a stunning photograph, both in its composition and the exposure with the sky.

    0 Rasmus *Random Wides

Nice motive, like how the narrow path leads up to the tree, if I should say anything negative it would be the overall lumination of the image.. A bit to dark for my taste..

    0 Stratos Agianoglou

Amazing. It could easy be a kickass movie poster base.

    0 honi izam

Jon, I used cokin filters P120 and P121 for the sky. Just some adjustments to the white balance and some desaturation afterwards.

    0 Jon

I'm interested in the PP used for the sky? Care to share how it was done??

    Cheers, great shot too

    0 Brad

I just blew my nut on this photo... is that inappropriate?

    0 Kelly

Very beautiful image. It reminds me a lot of the cinematography from Carnivale (which has some of the most beauitful cinematography ever in my opinion).

    0 clarence

THere seems to be a path leading up to this tree. Nice.

    0 Michael Rawluk

The world has beat a path to the tree.

    0 alexandru savu

    awesome composition.

    0 Claus

Yet another beautifull scenery from you! Especially the processing of the sky looks great!

    0 Stefan

I really like the cold colour tones in this image. A composition with the main objects right in the centre can sometimes be a bit boring, but in this image it works just perfect. Nice cloudy sky as well. /Stefan

    0 Bree

I really like the feel of this image, the clouds look great.

    0 Jonny

Lovely processing on this. Great composition. Did you mean 'exciting' in the title?
