A small journey today with Martin (What The Heck), we spotted several old american cars. Here is one...
The treatment of this pic and many others on your blog is absolutely stunning. Very vivid and shocking! You're indeed very talented, keep up the good work!
Love the fire like red clouds. Very apocalyptic.
Really great shot. Great colors, and good taste.
Fantastic shot.. Love the contrast here.. Works really well.
Love this shot! I also love the 'fade in's' in your site design. Great work here.
I love your work. A beautiful capture.
Kenny
Thanks everyone!
Tuan> The photo is uncropped, but you think that the car is too big in the frame? 90% of my photos are uncropped - in regards to 3:2 format.
JD> Thanks for the input, but I can't see the lack of contrast? But I know exactly what you mean, though more contrast here would ruin the softness of the light - I think. Tried it before posting.
flawijn> Pure luck. We were on the way home and the light was beginning to fade out, driving 90 km/h and a look at Martins face made me brake like hell ;)
I think we have found 4-5 of these old americanos this year.
burning sky... very nice! you guys seem to share an intrest in old American cars? Or are all the Denmark fields covered with those old-timers?? ;-)

Sweet capture, great composition and correctly named as well. The color within really sets the mood.
i love the colour tone.very nice
A feast of colours here, and the textures on the weathered truck are a find.
Loveely picture, perfect subject in a great setting. The gorgeous streak of colour in the sky adds a whole new dimension.
I love this - as it stands the old truck sitting in the grass looks good, it's a great composition. But with that streak of light in the clouds it looks superb.
Fantastic shot! Love the processing and the subject.
Lovely shot, I love the feeling of calm this evokes, beautiful...
cool subject! not sure whether you've done it justice with the HDR tho.... the lack of contrast and shadows really irritates me (not neccessaraly this shot, but more the whole of HDR)!
I think the slower time not only helps with DOF but really soaks the color into the film. I'd love to see this same thing after cooking for a couple secs.
gives you a whole new look, after seeing the "what the heck" version
love hte contrast between fore- and background (sky)!
Love the colours in the sky and the truck.
nice shot, great detail in the grass and the truck. Crop is a bit too tight perhaps.
Great shot with interesting colours and the red streak in the sky makes it even more interesting. Great work.
Yes like PIXELVIKING said, this pics let me think about far old USA...
treatment like the other... very good
Great photo. This kind of material has loads of potential for many great pictures. The clouds are a nice touch too.
Very nice DOF, even with good details on the hill far away. Lots of things to look at. Good little story in it along with your title and the retired truck.
Very nice! I also like your new fade effect. Did you write that?
Terrific and dramatic shot. Love the lighting.
The two of you did it again... I didn't think we had wrecks like these sitting around in nature. Martin's shot and your's go together great. The post-processing is very different in the two images, though. I love how this one might just as well have been taken in Wyoming or elsewhere in the USA.
Looking good! I really like the streak of light through the sky.
The grass looks awesome too...
